Shipping Terms SupplySale ships via Fedex or UPS for both domestic and international orders. We offer ground and expedited shipping for all domestic shipments. We will do our best to ship your order same day if your order is received before 12PM PST. Some items may take 24-48hrs for order processing. Due to the fact that we use "fixed rate" shipping instead of shipping by weight, we reserve the right to increase shipping costs on items such as: chassis, monitors, printers, servers, server racks, battery backups, power supplies, and any other items that have a significantly high ship cost. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us BEFORE purchasing and we will give you an actual rate quote. We will contact you if you have purchased the item and an adjustments needs to be made. We can ship on your UPS, Fedex, or DHL account as well.
Return Policy All product must be returned within 30 days. In order to process your return or exchange, please complete our RMA form here:
Please explain in detail why you need to return or exchange your order. We will respond to you with an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) within 24-48hrs. DO NOT SHIP/RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHOUT AN RMA#. Supplysale is not responsible for the return shipping cost on non-defective items, and will refuse any shipment without an RMA number. In the event that you “do not like” or “ordered the wrong product,” a return may be possible as long as you bear all shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. If the product is new retail and has been opened, we are unable to accept the return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return. We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped within the 30 day return period. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. If our listing states "no return" that item is not eligible for a return. Credits are usually issued within 2 weeks of receipt of a returned item. If you have not received your credit after this 2 week period please email We will not accept any returns for software products, or service and maintenance contracts.
